Error: failed to initialize RemoteBDB.Cloud

Error: failed to initialize RemoteBDB.Cloud - SAFE Backup

You may receive an error on your backup report for the following, or similar:

Failed to initialize RemoteBDB.Cloud. Error=[BlockDBConfig.readConfig] unknown default path for creating new journal file config: 0
, caused by [RuntimeException] [BlockDBConfig.readConfig] unknown default path for creating new journal file config: 0
======================

If you receive this error you will need to check for any running/stopped files and remove them (if there are any) and then end the bjw.exe in task manager under “details”.

Guides on doing this can be found here:

It is also worth running a data integrity check too.

Once these are done the backup should report as successful after the next backup, if it does not then please contact us.
