You may receive an error on your backup report for the following, or similar:

, caused by [RuntimeException] [BlockDBConfig.readConfig] unknown default path for creating new journal file config: 0

If you receive this error you will need to check for any
running/stopped files and remove them (if there are any) and then end the
bjw.exe in task manager under “details”.

Once these are done the backup should report as successful after the next backup, if it does not then please contact us.
