Run a backup from System Tray icon – SAFE Backup
Open System
tray and find the SAFE Backup icon (you will likely have more icons in here):

Right click
on this, go to “Backup” and select the set name on this machine you wish to
start.

The icon
will start to flash while the backup is running.
