Permissions for Mailbox Backups & 365 Mailbox Backups - SAFE C2C


Please follow these steps for setting up permissions for a Mailbox backup.

Use your admin account, which will then have access to all Mailboxes.


1. Select on "permissions" on the left.


2. Then "Discovery Management".
3. And the small "edit" pen icon that will appear.


4. In the window that opens select the "+" icon under Members and add yourself to the list.
 

You might need to add the "ApplicationImpersonation" role.

Then once you set this up please allow for an hour for the settings to change.

Then you will then see all the Mailboxes within the backup source.
