In this article, I will show you how to install Safe Sync on your Windows machine. If you need help with setting up then please contact us
First, you will need to download the Windows Sync program from here. Once you have downloaded the application then please run the program.
A prompt will then appear asking if you would like to install this program. Please click on "Yes" when the Prompt appears.
The Wizard will now show up. Make sure when this option shows up that these two boxes are ticked and then click on "Next".
Then, click on "Install".
Once installed, it will ask for a restart.
Please note: The restart is not necessary in order to use Safe Sync however there are a few features like DocIQ which will not work properly without a restart.
Safe Sync will now be installed under the name of FileCloudSync in the start menu. Once you run the program, it should appear in your system tray and you will now be able to access the settings by right clicking on the icon in the system tray.
Once you are happy that the Safe Sync application is up and running, we would recommend checking for updates to make sure that you are on the latest version of the app.
