How to find your Client Version Number

How to find your Client Version Number - SAFE Backup

To find the client software version number you are using, login to the client and select the Information icon on the top right.

From here you will be shown a lot of information, but the version number is right along the top. You can see I am running Version 8.3.2.11.

If you are running Version 6 your first screen will be different, you can find the version number by selecting the Question Mark icon near the bottom left corner.

If running Version 6, we recommend upgrading to V8 for far better backup and restore speeds, plus additional features.  You can upgrade your client by simply downloading the newest version of the client from the downloads page on our website, found here. Please ensure you select the correct product, either Business or Single User.
