If you have backed up data that is no longer required, the first step is to deselect the data from the backup set. To modify a backup set, please refer to this document.
Once the data has been removed from the backup source, you will need to delete the data from our cloud, please follow these steps. Go to the backup client main menu and click on utilities.
PLEASE NOTE -This will immediately delete files from our cloud.
Select "Delete Backup Data" on the left and select the backup set the source was being backed up on.
You will then need to select the destination, in the "Select what to delete" section select "Choose from ALL files".
You will then be shown a file tree showing your files/folders, navigate to the ones you would like to remove and select them via the selection square next to the name. Whole folders can be selected on the left or individual files on the right.
When ready press the "delete" button. You will be advised when this has been completed successfully.
Click "Close" to go back to the client main menu.
