Creating a new vault on your online portal – Cloud Backup PLUS

It is good practice, when you have multiple large protected items, to not have them sharing the same vault.



NOTE: If making this vault after your protected item has been created, you will need to make sure the item is pointed to the correct vault.

NOTE: Make sure you match the retention policies if this new vault if replacing another one.

Login to your reseller server and navigate to the customer. Select “Storage Vaults”.

Select “+ Add new vault…” and select “UK Private Cloud Storage”.

It will automatically create a new vault for you.

Double click the vault to change the name, quota and retention. Press "Save" when done.
