Change retention policy for your customer – Cloud Backup
Login to
your portal and search for the customer you want to change this for, either in “customers”
top left, or the search function top right.
Select “edit” on the set for the account (if you
want to change this for all the sets you will have to do this individually).
Go to “Retention
policy” on the left, on the right you can edit the amount of days for the
policy, or change it from days to jobs on the drop down.
When
done press “Save All”, you will get confirmation when this is saved.
